How do I sign up? An Eventbrite sign up page will be listed here.

What do I bring? An open mind! Also if you have a favorite apron, please bring it! If you don't, no worries, I have extras.

What do I wear? Wear comfortable shoes and clothes that you wouldn't mind getting a little jam on.

What can I expect? Recipes presented in a hands-on, team-oriented manner.  You will be able to eat and bring home your share of what we make.  You will also receive an email after class with all of the recipes used that day.

About Lisal: A pastry cook and chef (Spruce, Baume, Station 1, Radius) who wanted to get out of the dungeon-like kitchens to share tips with food lovers of all levels.
